Description
The ARES L1A1 SLR airsoft Rifle comes in Black and is ARES latest re-release of the popular replica of the L1A1 SLR Self-Loading Rifle, that is a readjusted version of the FN FAL, well known for its use in numerous conflicts like the Falklands War & the First Gulf War. it was utilised by the British Army until the 80s when the L85A1 replaced it.
This airsoft version L1A1 is built mainly from metal Alloy, with an Alloy Reciever, Outer Barrel and Internals.
The Hand Guard, Stock and Grip are made from Polymer. This weapon also highlights a true to life Safe & Semi fire selector, & has an Ambidextrous Magazine Release with a generous Trigger Guard that allows for ease of access to the trigger even when you are wearing gloves.
The ARES L1A1 SLR also has front and rear sling loop points so you can use of two-point gun slings for carrying the weapon when its not in use.
On top of the gun it features a flip-down Rear Iron sight that is adjustable for Elevation, and along with this it also has a mock Carry Handle & Folding Charging Handle.
This airsoft rifle has an adjustable Hop-Up unit that can add to the guns range & accuracy. The hop-up is accessible when the charging handle is at the rear.
The rifle has a Rear Wired Gearbox with a large battery storage chamber inside the rifles stock that will allow for the use of large batteries for full day long skirmishes and is easily accessible by twisting the Butt Plate.
On the front of the weapon, the front flash hider has a bayonet lug, for allowing the attachment of Replica mock L1A1 Bayonets to give this weapon an even more fierce look.
This is a great choice for any Airsoft Skirmisher or reenactors looking to do a realistic period loadout, with awesome build and performance this is a must have if your budget will stretch to it, when Jack our resident engineer saw it for the first time he started foaming at the mouth and at the time of writing is saving for one himself.
