INTRODUCTION WEAPON - IDEAL FOR NEW PLAYERS (NOT SKIRMISHABLE)

DESCRIPTION:

This is something a little unusual from DE, the M302 is based off the classic WW2 "Grease gun".
The grease gun was an American .45 SMG designed as a cost-effective replacement for the
Thompson SMG. It was used heavily by soldiers who found themselves in cramped conditions such
as inside of armoured vehicles or for covert operations. The M3 grease gun can be seen in a number
of games and films, and was featured heavily in the movie Fury.

This version of the M3 features an upper rail - this would unfortunately render the real weapon
useless as it would block the opening of the dust cover however as this is only airsoft and nothing
needs to be in the "right place" for the weapon to work, this is of no concern. Modernised version of
the grease gun do exist with a railed upper section, however the rail stops before reaching the area
of the dust cover. This does allow for the attachment of scopes or lasers however as this is a cheap
Springer, we would not recommend using metal sights/extras on this as it could damage the rail.
This instead works very well with any of the Double Eagle attachments, or the cheaper plastic red
cross sights that we sell on-site.

As we have come to find with almost all the DE cheaper entry weapons, the build quality on this Springer
is surprisingly very nicely made, Yes it's no PTW however for a younger player entering the sport this makes
a very sturdy "first garden gun" - the weapon is secure and strong enough for garden use - however we
would NOT recommend you try to skirmish this unless you go above and beyond the norm to ensure you
don't bump it off anything! The build quality is NOT the same as something you will find on a purpose built
skirmish rifle! Internally this is actually again very pleasing, the metal inner barrel helps tremendously with
accuracy and makes this a surprisingly VERY good target shooting gun for the garden, the piston
and spring seem quite robust for a cheap Springer, generally speaking this weapon performs really
quite consistently and well!
