DESCRIPTION:

This pistol is a customised version of the Biohazard M9's - a special series of pistols modelled after the pistol used
by Barry Burton from resident evil (this is included in the game Resident Evil Rebirth) It is a customised version
of the standard STARS "Samurai Edge" pistol that has been chambered in .40 S&W with the large compensator to
allow for this larger round.

The WE version actually has fully automatic capabilities, a feature not found on the Tokyo Marui version of the
pistol. While this is a interesting and fun feature the pistol seems to not work as reliably when used on this setting-
there is commonly only a 2-3 round burst fired, and the hammer is sometimes not cocked when you finish shooting
which means you have to manually cock the slide to continue, however this is a minor issue and once gotten used to
will not interfere with the workings of the gun.

The pistol has a very nice kick for such a small gun, and as reflected in the statistics it holds, it is a very usable and
very desirable side arm that would go very nicely with a longer or heavier rifle - the full auto ability of this makes up
for having to quickly turn your primary around if someone is sneaking up on your position.
As the pistol is "Resident Evil" it is also a very fun weapon to take to a zombie event, and will certainly gain you a
lot of attention when displaying the full auto capability.

The build quality of this weapon is fantastic - it includes stamped STARS RPD markings, and features the STARS logo
integrated into the grip, The compensator has an integrated lower RIS rail which is ideal for mounting a torch - this
would be again ideal for a zombie event where visibility is key to survival. The aluminium slide allows for a very crisp
blowback action without putting too much strain on the internals as it manages to stay very light when compared to a
steel slide.
